Cargo Services Officer

Responsibilities: Customer Services, Responsible for import/export/transhipment cargo documentation; Execute cargo load plan or booking instructions to ensure shipment flown as booked; Plan maximum utilization of cargo capacity/weight for ULD and aircraft loading; Terminal Services; Provide efficient and assistance to customers at various locations; Ensure data accuracy of Import/Export/Transhipment cargo in WOS Requirements : Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; HKCEE/HKDSE equivalent or with RPL qualifications in Logistics at HKQF level 2 or above
