职位描述
Responsibilities:
負責跟進客戶的賬單查詢; 提供優質顧客服務，就客戶查詢、意見及投訴作出協調與溝通; 執行短期客戶服務項目及其他委派的工作
Requirements :
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Changjie / Simplified Changjie input method 20 ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具良好溝通及顧客服務技巧，對工作有熱誠，工作積極，具團隊合作精神
