Employment Opportunities Introduction and Background Garden House Expansion Vision and Curriculum Garden House Waldorf Kindergarten was founded in 2008 and is recognized as a Waldorf kindergarten by the International Association for Steiner/Waldorf Early Childhood Education (IASWECE). Garden House Waldorf School was established in September 2021. Community wishes for a Waldorf primary school led to the decision to expand in early 2021. The school aims to serve students from 1st Grade to 6th Grade. The school's vision is to cultivate integrated human beings with imagination, truth, and responsibility, and to help students develop physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. The curriculum combines sciences, arts, and crafts to help students appreciate beauty, think clearly, and develop inner strength and other abilities. Teachers strive to match these goals for themselves as well as their students. In Garden House, there is a culture of learning from each other, as well as from trainers and speakers who travel to Hong Kong to positively impact child development. ​ Current Job Openings Waldorf Teacher (for June 2025) GHT001 Teaching About This Role We are looking for committed teacher for at least 3 years who is Certified Waldorf (Grade) Teacher. If you are: -  ready to new experiences and willing to relocate to Hong Kong and commit to a long-term relationship with the students, the community and the school; -  creative, adaptable to new environment, with plenty of energy, passionate for children and Waldorf teaching, empathetic and interested in Chinese culture; -  looking constantly to grow professionally and personally; -  Native English speaker. It is imperative that our teachers provide developmentally appropriate instruction, incorporating music, movement, art, and academic skill development.
